Everything we make starts with a conversation! Here's what to expect from the first message to the day you receive your piece.
Fill Out Our Custom Order Form
Tell us what you're hoping to create - any and all details are welcome! Not sure what you want? No worries, we're here to help. Fill out as much as you can and we'll take it from there.
Consultation
This is our chance to go over your request and what you're hoping to have created. We will discuss all of the details until we both feel good moving! We do require a small fee before we start designing.
Design Time
We translate your vision into a concept: sketches or CAD renderings, a proposed metal and stone selection, an estimated budget, and timeline.
Approval & Deposit
Once you're happy with the proposed design, materials, timeline, and total cost, we're ready to start making your custom fine jewelry. At this stage, 50% of the total cost is due. The remainer is due upon delivery.
Crafting
This is where the magic happens. Whether we're starting from scratch or reworking something you already own, your new piece will be crafted and created entirely in-house by our team.
Final Review & Delivery
Last is our favorite part: getting to share what we created together.
